Foreign Employment Board

The Government of Nepal has set up a Foreign Employment Board for the purpose of promoting the foreign employment business, making the business safe, organized and dignified, and protecting the rights and interests of the workers going for foreign employment and foreign employment entrepreneurs. The ward has been formed. The Foreign Employment Board has a secretariat to conduct the regular work of the ward.

Chaired by the Hon'ble Minister of Labor and Employment, the ward will have representation from high ranking government officials, foreign employment entrepreneurs, trade unions, foreign employment experts and organizations working in the field. At present, the ward has 25 members including the chairperson.
